Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Personalized/customized products
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service at ajabsolutions1@gmail.com or through our Contact Form.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable (especially for damaged or defective products).
- We will respond within 24-48 business hours with instructions on how to proceed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval.
Late or missing refunds:
- If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company or payment provider (there is often processing time before a refund is posted).
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at ajabsolutions1@gmail.com.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
- We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
At this time, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please contact us at ajabsolutions1@gmail.com.

Our return shipping address will be provided via email once your return request is approved. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
